We became border crossing experts as we crossed the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe many times. At least we got a lot of stamps in our passports!
Victoria Falls is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. It is the highest waterfall in the world.
It was an amazing, spectacular - and very wet sight! That looks like clouds, but it is mist coming off the waterfall.
We made sure that we saw it from every angle - the air, across on the facing side, and of course, from the top edge!
Devils Pool was closed because the water is still too high (our biggest disappointment - Bruce even tried to convince the guide that they could just tie a rope around his ankle and hang on to him - but they wouldn't go for it. They insisted that he would die!)
This was the next best thing - We stood on the edge of the falls, and looked all the way down. It was a long ways down! We did get served a great breakfast under a canopy tent just close to this where we could still see the edge. It was a fantastic day!
